Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including:
- Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
- Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
- Payback analysis
- Sensitivity analysis
- Ability to develop site and venture business cases and analyse shared-site costs and returns.
- Exposure to GIS or catchment analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare clear written recommendations and apply a rigorous approach to assumptions and post-investment reviews.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for research, modelling, and investment cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence.
Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in investment analysis, network or retail development analytics, corporate development, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
2. Network & Distribution Head

Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Economics.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience delivering site or network roll-outs supported by documented return cases.
- Experience in after-sales and service-centre economics is strongly preferred.
- Experience in deal structuring and partner negotiations, including working with Legal teams on agreements.
- Strong knowledge of network economics and project delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different business units.
- Ability to use approved AI tools for research and business cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in network or retail development.
- Experience in franchise or dealer network development is required.
