Request for Proposals – Consultancy to Develop PSEAH Training Materials and Country-Specific Training Packages at WWF August 2026
WWF is strengthening its integrated approach to training and awareness on its Code of Conduct, Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), SpeakUp and reporting mechanisms, Health Safety and Security, Business Continuity and Incident Management. While policy coverage is strong, staff and leaders need practical, accessible and contextually relevant materials that translate policy expectations into day-to-day decisions, safe reporting, escalation and survivor-centred handling of concerns.
WWF therefore seeks to engage a qualified consultant to develop core PSEAH training materials for incorporation into induction sessions going forward, and to prepare tailored, country-specific training packages for eight priority countries. The assignment should build on existing policy documents, training decks and organisational guidance, while drawing on recognised good practice in PSEAH training, survivor-centred approaches, safe reporting, contextual risk analysis and adult learning.
