Eligibility requirements
Eligible bidders shall meet the following requirements:
- Be legally registered to undertake construction works in Tanzania.
- Demonstrate experience in executing similar construction projects.
- Submit an unconditional Bid Bond equal to 2.5% of the total bid amount.
- Ensure the Bid Bond is valid for 90 days from the bid submission deadline.
- Note that the Bid Bond will be returned to all bidders upon completion of the tender evaluation and contract award process, in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents.
- Submit bids that remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
- Ensure that all required tender documents are complete and comply with the tender requirements.
