The Direct Sales Agents will support the sale of NBC retail banking liability products, particularly deposit products, to achieve agreed sales targets. The role involves proactive customer acquisition, lead generation, account opening, customer onboarding, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and sell NBC liability/deposit products.
• Generate quality leads and follow up effectively to convert them into customers.
• Participate in sales activations and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure newly onboarded customers become active and digitally connected.
• Assist customers with account opening in accordance with NBC policies and requirements.
• Ensure proper completion of account-opening documentation before submission to Operations.
• Comply with NBC operational risk, health and safety, security, KYC, and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should:

• Have at least Form IV (Ordinary Level) education.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Have knowledge of banking products.
• Be sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Be a team player who takes individual accountability for results.
• Be highly organized and independently motivated.
• Possess strong follow-up skills.
• Have strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
