Jubilee Life Insurance is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Unit Manager in the Northern Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close sales, including group onboarding and activation.
• Service existing clients and support policy renewals and retention.
• Recruit, train, coach, and ensure productivity of Sales Agents within the unit.
• Ensure accurate KYC and customer documentation, and maintain disciplined weekly reporting to the Agency Manager.
• Monitor team performance and drive achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in Field Sales, Agency, Insurance, Banking, or Microfinance is an added advantage.
• Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and drive sales teams in a target-driven environment.
• High level of integrity, discipline, accountability, and customer focus.

Remuneration

Salary-based, with performance incentives.
